About us

About Entrazure: Azure architects and AI engineers

Most cloud consulting splits in two. One firm draws the target architecture and leaves. A different one implements something adjacent to it, eighteen months later, without the context. The client pays twice and ends up owning neither the diagram nor the code.

Our story

Entrazure exists to close that gap. The architects who scope your engagement write the Terraform, sit in the deployment call and hand over the documentation. One team holds the drawing and the build, so nothing has to be explained a second time to somebody who was not in the room.

That is a deliberate constraint on how large we can be. A practice where the person who designs is also the person who delivers cannot grow by adding a bench, and we would rather stay the size where every hour billed is a senior hour than become the second firm in somebody else’s story.

It also settles what you keep. Everything is written as code, in your Git organization, from the first commit. Stop an engagement in week three and you still hold what was produced: the repository, the pipelines, the diagrams. The client in the paragraph above owned neither the schema nor the code, and the whole practice is arranged against that ending.

  • The splitArchitecture and build, sold by two firms that never meet.
  • The constraintThe architect who scopes the work is the one who builds it.
  • What you keepRepository, pipelines and diagrams, yours from the first commit.

What we are

A Microsoft AI Cloud Partner and direct Cloud Solution Provider, listed on the Azure Marketplace, with legal entities in Canada and the United States. We design and build Azure estates, from the Azure landing zone to the cloud migration that fills it, and the AI workloads that run on top. Security architecture is led by certified security architects, which is why compliance appears in our network diagrams rather than in a document written afterwards. That is the subject of compliance architecture.

Novarque is our named practice for sovereignty, Law 25 and NIS2 readiness, and exit paths off hyperscaler lock-in. Same team, same standard, different question.

MicrosoftAI Cloud Partner

Azure Solutions Partner as well, which is a designation held rather than a badge displayed.

LicensingDirect CSP

Azure licensing billed through us, separately from consulting and never made a condition of it.

ProcurementAzure Marketplace

Offers transactable on the Marketplace, against committed Azure spend where you have one.

PresenceThree locations

Montreal, Orlando and Paris, so the work happens in your time zone and the contract in your jurisdiction.

How we work

ScopeFixed scope, fixed duration

Two weeks, four weeks, eight weeks. If the work does not fit one of those shapes, we say so before you sign rather than discovering it in month three.

HandoverEverything as code, in your repository

From the first commit, in your Git organization. If you end an engagement early, you hold what was produced.

JudgmentWe tell you when not to buy

An eight-week AI build for an organization whose real problem is a data platform is a bad sale that becomes a bad reference. Disqualifying ourselves early is cheaper for both of us.

CapacitySmall on purpose, honest about it

A senior team without a bench. If your timeline does not fit our availability, we will tell you rather than staffing it with people you did not meet.

Where we work

Three locations, to be closer to you

Delivery is bilingual, English and French, written by people who work in both rather than translated at the end. The regulatory environment is not a chapter appended to the design; in Quebec it is the design.

  • Montreal, CanadaThe main ground, with Law 25 as a standing design constraint rather than a review at the end.
  • Orlando, United StatesUS business hours, US paperwork, and the same delivery team.
  • Paris, FranceEuropean time zones covered, and where GDPR, HDS and NIS2 questions land.

Who we have built for

ArcelorMittalIndustrial
MetroRetail and distribution
STMPublic transit

Named with their permission, because they are the engagements we were trusted with. We do not publish what was built for whom: the scope of an engagement belongs to the client who paid for it, and a reference that leaks architecture is a reference nobody wants to be.

One AllianceSovereignty consortium

The consortium behind the sovereignty work carried out under the Novarque name.

The team

Entrazure is a group of senior architects, engineers, IT program directors and cybersecurity specialists working across Canada, the United States and France. Between us we have run ERP, cybersecurity, cloud and AI programs for industrial groups, public transit operators, manufacturers and healthcare organizations. Certifications, including CISM, PMP and the Azure role-based track, are held across the group rather than resting on one person.

We are deliberately senior and deliberately small. There is no bench of juniors to fill, so we take the engagements we can staff properly and say no to the rest. If your timeline does not match our availability, we will tell you rather than staffing it with people you did not meet.

That shape is why the work divides into three kinds of engagement rather than one open-ended retainer.

A two-week assessment when the question is what to do, a fixed-scope landing zone build when the answer is known, and an eight-week AI agent build when one use case has to reach production before the next budget cycle. What we cover across those is set out in our services.

Bring us the workload. We bring the architecture.

Thirty minutes, one architect, no deck. Come with a problem and leave with an opinion you can act on.
